Will manic panic's bad boy blue hair dye leave it a bright blue?

I don't think either of those are Manic Panic. I don't think Manic Panic comes out that good at all even when you bleach it. I have not used that color but I have used Manic Panic before with a few colors and didn't like it, faded way to fast. I suggest getting Special Effects, the color is a lot more vibrant and lasts longer.
