I'm 14--Is is possible that I have roseola?

A few days ago, I suddenly got a fever of 102 which lasted for 2 days. Then yesterday, I noticed a red, spotty rash all over my body that didn't itch. The symptoms of roseola listed online seem to match mine, but it says that it is most common in babies from 6 months to 4 years. I'm 14, but could I still have it? Thanks!
