How can I get rid of my canker sore w/o it hurting ALOT!?

Im going on a trip (in two days) and i want it long gone before we go. I dont want anything that will hurt, but a little bit maybe. Tell me how much it'll hurt, how long,quantity of ingredients, and when it will heal. Thank you if you answer.
