What is a good hope quote or success quote? My home is finally being built since hurricane Katrina...?

My mom's birthday is coming up. Our home was destroyed during hurricane Katrina (2005) and we had to bulldoze it. We have been waiting to rebuild and the process has finally just started about a month ago. My mom is ecstatic because she felt like this time would never come because we have been waiting for 3 years +. I would like to give her a picture mug for her bday with a pic of the new construction and a quote about how faith and hope paid off or an inspiration success quote. Does anyone have any ideas?
