Urgent; real bad stomach pains?

For the past 15 hours my lower right quadrant of my stomach has been hurting real bad. Other symptoms would be nausea, loss of appitite, and bowel changes. I haven't got a fever yet. The pains hurts like someones stabbing me, and its sometimes a dull achy pain. (It's not gas, indigestion, acid, my period, ovarian cyst or my period/period cramps) Could this be appendicitis? Help!!
