Please ! who knows much information about tokyo metropolitan kokusai high school?

Hello! My name ia Anna i am from Russia. I am graduating this year junior high school, and wanna go to a japanese high school... my parents wont go there with me... I need know... is it possible to attend tokyo metropolitan kokusai high school, even if my parents living in russia, and only i am in Japan... and what kind of visa should i get to go for study in japanese high school????? thank you
