Why do poor uneducated people have more babies?

after working at a grocery store, ive witnessed more lower cl citizens dragging around a full litter these days than well to do individuals. nobody is workin kids on the farms, so whats the deal? it irritates me when they know fare and well they can't afford it. I guess im prejudice, whtevr, i just feel like the whole natural selection theory is getting out of whack now that people can stay alive by being poor; my fear for humanity is the sake that the weaker humans will overtake the strong; and humans will all burn eternally in hell! i just want to know .. why? america def. makes sure education is key.. can you not afford birth control? do you envision you conceiving a miracle? i dont get it... and do not have tolerance for it; and yet you people promote religion and anti-abortion more than anything that stand in this category; this will ruin the world right here with time.
