What breed is my cat?

Domestic Longhair aka no breed at all. Less that 5% of all cats are any breed or mix of breeds. Breeds are very new (in the last 100 years) in cats so the majority have not breed at all behind them. Norwegian Forest Cats are fairly uncommon and you aren't very likely to find on in a shelter.
