PLEASE ANSWER AND PLEASE DON'T JUDGE!!?

Ok so I recently haad an affair with a married man. I am also married. He heas cheated on his wife before 15 years ago. Long story short - she found out via an old sms and we have decided not to stay in contact. He did however write me a letter after everything ended and said that he will love me forever and that his wife doesn't love him anymore and he doesn't think that will change. This was 3 weeks ago. Our relationship was only for 4 months. We really fell in love and had a very emotional relationship without sleeping together. He had 2 small children, I have none. The problem is, my husband has forgiven me and taken me back. I don't know what is going on in their home but I have just heard that she was away to England for a week. You see, they are married by English Law and now live in South Africa. Also, when I went out of my office this afternoon a woman walked ped me and looked right at me and I knew then it was her. This was confirmed by another collegue in our office who saw everything. Why did she want to see me? She did not confront me. She is 42, he is 42 and I am only 29. Do you think she just wanted to see what I look like? And what was she doing overseas? If you want to get divorced if you were married by UK law do you have to have to actually go through the proceedings in the UK or could you get in done in South Africa where they now live? Do you think she just wanted to clear her head or what do you think she was doing in England. She has no family there, all her family now live in SA. Sorry for all the questions, but I am a little confused especially after this morning when I got an sms from him to ask how I was - this after 3 weeks.
