Other than the typical dressing/stuffing, what do you put in the body cavity of your turkey pryor to roasting?

i put onion, garlic, basil, rosemary, salt, black pepper, all mixed with melted er and crammed all the way inside. not only does that provide extra moisture, but it permeates the flesh of the bird with wonderful flavor!!
