I work in a very smalll shop. It is refered to in jargon as a job shop, machinest trade. 3 of us, making any part blueprint that comes our way. There is a dumb among us. Could'nt read a engineering drawing if life depended on it. Owners R dumb as him. I love my job, and owners. He is slime. But owners won't fire him. What to Say?
