Can anorexia change your physical appearance?

It varies from person to person, of course, but since the disease of anorexia is based on a fear of looking a certain way, it will inevitably change its victim's appearance. The symptoms of anorexia include yellowish skin, fatigue and depression, quivering muscles, occasionally an orange tint to the roots of the hair in dark-haired people, brittle fingernails, scurvy, and fine dark hairs growing all over the body.
